Temporary Digital Ambassador (1 Year Contract)

General Purpose:

Provide service to clients by receiving, guiding, informing, and taking care of the Bank’s clients as soon as they step into one of the branches. Providing efficient service and ensuring the best client care by answering simple client questions and assisting customers with in branch self-service options.

Position Highlights:

  • Receive and greet customers as soon as they step into one of the branches and help them with their requests.
  • Approach / request customers to obtain necessary information to direct him/her to the correct person or department.
  • Supply information to the customer about documents needed to do certain transactions and make appointments, if necessary.
  • Assist and guide customers with all online and self-service channels.
  • Provide clients with the necessary information.
  • Assist customers with new standing order requests and amendments on existing request at the kiosk..
  • Assist customers with new request for interest letters and reference letters at the kiosk.
  • Ensure that waiting customers are tended to, i.e. elderly clients are taken out of the line.Have full understanding of the Bank’s services and be aware of marketing and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Handle customers with special requests, such as block or cancellation of ATM cards and credit cards at the kiosk.

Requirements:

  • Required: HAVO degree.
  • Required: computer literate, including proficiency working with iPad and Apps.
  • Preferred: additional EPI (Administration) degree
  • Preferred: working experience.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Word and Excel, including typing skills
  • Proficient in English, Dutch, and Papiamento, fair knowledge of Spanish.
