General Purpose:
The Specialist (Assurance & Compliance) leads assurance and compliance policies, aligning with enterprise risk management and regulatory obligations. Provides his/her expertise support to Senior Specialist, drives continuous improvement, and ensures readiness for evolving compliance requirements.
Position Highlights:
- Design and execute comprehensive compliance programs and governance frameworks alignedwith enterprise risk management strategies.
- Oversee adherence to global and regional regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS), ensuringorganizational resilience and regulatory compliance.
- Provide support to senior specialists on compliance risks, emerging regulatory trends, andmitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing compliance processes, introducing innovativepractices, and preparing the organization for evolving regulatory landscapes.
- Represent the organization in high-level compliance discussions and external audits, ensuringcredibility and strategic alignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience: 7-10 years in compliance or audit support
- Certifications (Preferred):- AZ-800- Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
